Privacy Policy

The Platform is owned and operated by Vamaa Dairy Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India (“VDPL”). The term "We,” "Us,” and "Our"; shall mean Vamaa. This Privacy Policy governs your use of the platform, services, and tools.

This Privacy Policy is available on the Gaia Fresh website www.gaiadairy.com and the ‘Gaia Fresh application for You. This Privacy Policy shall be read along with the Terms and Conditions provided on the Platform. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time without any prior written notice to You by posting changes on the Platform, and you shall be liable to update yourself of such modifications, if any, by accessing the changes on the Platform. You shall, at all times, be responsible for regularly reviewing the Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy.

SECURE ONLINE PAYMENTS

For financial transactions by credit card, the Platform uses a third-party secure payment gateway provided by “Ease buzz,” and the credit card details are ‘not stored’ Gaia Fresh Application. Instead, the information is securely stored and encrypted with Visa/MasterCard. We are not responsible for the practices and policies of such online platforms, which We do not own, manage or control. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information.  

  1. Belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right; 
  2. Is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever; 
  3. Harm minors in any way; 
  4. Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights; 
  5. Violates any law for the time being in force; 
  6. Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;

  8. Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; 
  9. Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offense or prevents investigation of any crime insulting any other nation.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The laws of India govern this Privacy Policy. Any action, suit, or other legal proceedings commenced to resolve any matter arising under or relating to this Platform, or any part thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chhattisgarh, India.
