How can I subscribe to a GAIA product?

Step – 1   Click on the product

Step – 2   Select to recharge your wallet

Step – 3   Add products from the menu as per the frequency and place the order.

Till What time can I place the order daily?

You can place the order till 8.55 PM.

When will the order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered next day between 6 am – 10.30 am

How can I cancel/change my subscription?

You can change and cancel the subscription before the cron time i.e 8.55 pm.

In which cities does Gaia Fresh operate?

Gaia Fresh operates in Raipur and will soon serve the entire Chhattisgarh.

My recharge is not reflecting in the wallet

This happens due to many issues; firstly, please check on the payment gateway about the payment status. If payment is booming and is not reflected on your Gaia Fresh wallet, please contact us by email, WhatsApp, or phone.

I have opted for cash collection. Where & who will collect it?

Cash collection is for a minimum amount of Rs 2000. The company will authorize a person to collect it.
