Shipping & Returns

You can place your order for the next day before 7.30 PM on the Platform. Order will be delivered the next day between 6 AM to 10 AM by Us. We will not be bounded to have it at any specific time as asked by you, and we shall process no cancellation, refund, or return in relation thereof. 

The ordered product will be delivered only to your address registered on the Platform. The product cannot be delivered to any other address if you ask after confirming the order on the Platform. We shall process no can, cancellation, refund, or return in relation thereof.

REFUND

You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for Your order at the time of placing your order on the Platform and the error/issue/defect has been notified to Us on the same day of such delivery of the product; provided that the error or fault is directly attributable to Us and the occurrence of either of the following event:

  1. Your Order packaging has been tampered with/or damaged or spilled at the time of delivery, and you have not accepted the delivery; 
  2. Us canceling your order due to failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking or loss to the identification of Your location as per the address provided by You at the time of delivering the order, 
  3. You cancel the order at the time of confirmation due to the unavailable items you ordered at the time of booking. The decision on refunds in all cases shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding. All refunds may be credited to Your wallet on the Platform at our sole discretion. 

In case of payment at the time of delivery, you will not be required to pay for the following:

  1. Orders where the packaging has been tampered with or damaged or spilled by Us before you accepted the delivery; 
  2. Wrong order being delivered by Us, 
  3. To the extent of the value of the item/s missing from your Order at the time of delivery, provided that such error/issue/defect has been notified to Us by you at the time of delivery itself. 

Suppose You wish to terminate Your account on the Platform. In that case, we shall refund You 50% of any amount remaining on the e-wallet of the Platform as paid by You (excluding any promotional case back, points, credits, offer, or schemes as received in your account from Us) as a final settlement.

All the refunds are made within the 7-10 working days.

RETURN POLICY

All products purchased on the platform can be returned on the same day of the delivery. You are responsible for confirming that no packaging defect, seal breakage, or tampering with the product. No returns, refunds, or cancellations shall be accepted after the product’s packaging is opened or consumed either in part or otherwise by you or is returned to us after the expiry of such product. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You are entitled to cancel an order by You on the Platform through the Platform 

  1. before the cut-off time (i.e., 10 AM of the day preceding the date of actual delivery of the product); or 
  2. If an item on your order is unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided when placing the order and inform you of such unavailability.

We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the event of 

  1. the address as specified by you falls outside the delivery zone offered by the Us; 
  2. Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking or at the time of delivery due to lack of information, direction, or authorization from you at the time of delivery, 
  3. Unavailability of all the items ordered by You at the time of booking or delivery of Your order and 

In case the delivery person is not allowed inside your compound, community, or society or for any other reason beyond control causing movement of the delivery person, including but not limited to the law-and-order situation.
